For this holiday, it’s time to round up the family and hop over to Fashion Island Hotel for an Easter Feast and Fashionable Fun! They’re transforming the Ballroom into a colorful Easter wonderland with live entertainment, kids’ face painting and egg decorating, pictures with the Easter Bunny and a family photo to capture all the fun memories. The bountiful brunch buffet features favorites like made-to-order crepes, seasonal salads, tasty desserts and a selection of kids’ favorites. And what's an Easter celebration without an egg-citing egg hunt on the front lawn?

Easter Sunday Brunch at Oak Grill Fireside Patio
Sunday, April 1, from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
At Oak Grill’s Fireside Patio, Easter Sunday will be brimming with holiday brunch selections to make the Easter Bunny proud. Guests can start their morning by visiting the Build-Your-Own-Omelet station or the Pancake Bar. For seafood lovers, On The Water offers oysters, shrimp, and a Build-Your-Own-Poke Station. There are plenty of straight-from-the-farm salads, as well as a Chef’s Carving Corner serving up meats and fish such as Herb Roasted Chicken and Whole Planked Salmon. Kids will love all the live-action stations, but there are chicken tenders, hot dogs, and other favorites too.
Easter means sweets, so brunch goers will be offered temptations including Vanilla Bean Cupcakes, Lemon Panna Cotta, Oreo Cheesecake and Strawberry Lemonade Cake. To quench holiday thirsts, Hydrate is pouring Bottomless Mimosas as part of the deal, and Bloody Marys and Margaritas at an additional charge.

Hop over to The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel to admire five, 8-foot Egg-straordinary Hand-painted Easter Eggs. The eggs are on display through Sunday, April 8. The eggs were painted and designed by local artists including Trevor Mezak, James Galindo, Robin Hiers, and Kym de los Reyes, as well as Matt Parker who created this year’s newest addition to the collection. The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel is also offering an Egg-ceptional Easter Brunch, presented Sunday, April 1, will feature an incredible display of tempting palate-pleasers, including freshly made salads, cheeses, ham and roast beef carving stations, chilled seafood, sushi and other savory selections. Traditional breakfast items such as eggs Benedict, waffles, and made-to-order omelets will be available, as well as a delectable dessert buffet to top off the springtime celebration. Guests will also enjoy live entertainment and a special appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Easter Brunch is $125 per adult and $62.50 per child (exclusive of tax and gratuity) and will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 949.240.2000.
Easter is even sweeter with an Egg-citing Easter Basket filled with house-made sweets and treats by Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Haage and his team. Each basket is $35 and is filled with a rice crispy treat flower, chocolate covered marshmallow tulips, Valrhona chocolate bunnies, Cadbury crème eggs, Starburst jelly beans, and a plush Easter bunny. Baskets can be purchased in The Market Place or ordered in advance by calling 949.240.2000.
