Enjoy Chef Jessica Roy's central Texas-style BBQ, featuring smoked whole bone-in beef ribs, known as 'The Cadillac of BBQ,' and Karobuta pork ribs, all served on homemade buns with gourmet sides, including her signature buttermilk, chive & gruyere biscuits.
End your meal with house-made banana pudding and vintage burnt sugar sponge cake topped with vanilla bean whipped cream. The event is priced at $75. Reservations can be made at the link below.
