Bartending for NB Film Festival

The Bungalow Restaurant in Corona del Mar is throwing a celebrity bartending night Monday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. to benefit The Newport Beach Film Festival (April 22-29. Guest bartenders will include NB City Council members; Newport Beach Film Festival’s CEO Gregg Schwenk, co-founder Todd Quartararo, plus surprise athletes from the action sports world. All tips will go towards the Newport Beach Film Festival.

Dinner with Dave?

Stop by Memphis at the Santora in Santa Ana, Wed, March 10 at 9 p.m. or Wed., March 24 at 9 p.m. for a night of friends, food, and great music. Dinner with Dave, a special ongoing event (second and fourth Wednesday of the month) features chef Dave Mau of The Re{treat, along with Cody Requejo from The Spa in Costa Mesa preparing a free light dinner and bringing you some great local music. Big Bad Wold will be playing a stripped down acoustic set. (It’s a fairly new band formed with former members of Modern Subject.)
