02.26.24
Pitfire Pizza, a James Beard award-nominated LA hotspot, launches its seasonal Winter Menu at the Orange, featuring free Kids Pizza Making Classes, a Late Night Happy Hour, and Weekday Lunch Menu specials. Originating in North Hollywood in 1997, Pitfire Pizza has become an iconic establishment, with its flagship restaurant still thriving in the NoHo community.
Pitfire Pizza Orange, which opened in Summer 2023, is conveniently located near the Honda Center and Angel Stadium of Anaheim. Known for its high-quality ingredients, the menu offers pizza parlor classics alongside seasonal favorites, including 12 pizzas made on a unique two-day fermented sourdough crust.
The Winter Menu includes fresh seasonal pizzas, vegetable sides, and pasta dishes, utilizing fresh produce from Southern California farms. Highlights include the IYKYK Pizza with slow-cooked Bolognese sauce, and the Brussels Sprouts & Bacon Pizza loaded with thick-cut bacon pieces and roasted Brussels sprouts. The menu also caters to gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets with options like house-made vegan cheese and cauliflower pizza crusts.
