Tropica Magica to take the stage at The Bamboo Club’s Annual New Year’s Eve Party

Long Beach’s original Tiki bar, The Bamboo Club, is raising a cocktail glass to 2023, kicking off the New Year with a bang on Saturday, December 31. Starting at 8 p.m., the popular neighborhood bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue invites guests to jam out inside while Tropa Magica takes the stage, and stick around for a DJ set by DJ Dennis Owens following the live performance.
Advanced tickets for the show are $20 presale, available for purchase through Ticket Tailor, and include table reservations. Tables do not guarantee the visibility of the stage, but they will provide guests a place to relax, enjoy dinner from The Bamboo Club’s full menu, and socialize throughout the evening! Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door for $25.
The Bamboo Club will provide a complimentary champagne toast to ring in the new year – and allow guests to browse a limited-time Holiday Drink Menu, available now through Thursday, January 5th, 2023. The special menu drinks include:
Pasilla Navidad – Abuelo Anejo Rum, Alma Tepec Pasilla Pepper Liqueur, Vanilla de Madagascar Liqueur, Angostura Bitters, $12.00
Belizean Blizzard – Coconut, Mint Syrup, Copalli Cacao Rum, Whalers Black Rum, Lemon Hart 151, $14.00
Crumble In The Jungle – Pineapple, Lemon, Peach, Orgeat, Gustoso Agricole Rum, Licor 43, Hamilton Petite Shrub, Whipped Cream, $15.00

New Year’s Soiree at The Mayor’s Table

End 2022 in style and enter 2023 with a sophisticated soirée at Mayor’s Table. Guests will be welcomed in with a glass of champagne followed by a four-course menu and live music. Executive Chef Riley Huddleston has prepared a celebratory NYE menu. The dinner begins with a selection of starters including King Crab with chanterelles and seaweed gremolata, a Caviar Tasting with Wagyu Tartare, or Oysters on the Half Shell with granita.
A second course offers an elevated look at soup and salad with options like Truffle Crab and Dumplings in consommé and Beet Carpaccio with goat cheese and caviar. Entrees include Braised Shortrib, Aged Duck Foie Gras, or Grilled Lobster. The evening concludes on a sweet note with a selection of show-stopping desserts.
