As Thanksgiving approaches, Las Brisas, the renowned cliffside restaurant offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the Laguna Beach coastline, has prepared an exclusive Thanksgiving feast for Thursday, November 23rd.
The day's schedule at Las Brisas is as follows:
Morning Brunch (8 a.m. - 11 a.m.): Guests can savor Las Brisas' celebrated weekend brunch menu during the early hours.
Thanksgiving Feast (11 a.m. - 8 p.m.): The main event features a delectable 3-course prix fixe menu priced at $125 per person. Here are the highlights:
To Start: Kick off your meal with a tantalizing Corn Mousse Tostadita, garnished with celery, cilantro, and red onion.
First Course: Indulge in a choice of Red Pumpkin Soup, adorned with pepitas, lime crème fraîche, and brown butter, or opt for the Cured Duck Breast complemented by black mission figs, goat cheese mousse, and balsamic vinegar. Alternatively, the Lobster Salad offers a refreshing blend of persimmon, pomegranate, frisée, and vanilla.
Entrée: For the main course, select from a variety of options, including the Chile Rubbed Turkey accompanied by green beans, chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, and cranberry sauce. The Butternut Squash Tamales offer a unique twist with pasilla chile, queso oaxaca, and guajillo sauce. Alternatively, the New Zealand Lamb Chops feature a chipotle-agave glaze, while the Chile En Nogada boasts pasilla chile, minced angus beef, almonds, walnut sauce, black mission figs, apricots, apples, and raspberries.
Dessert: Conclude your Thanksgiving celebration on a sweet note with a choice of Pumpkin Cheesecake topped with whipped cream or Apple Bread Pudding served with vanilla ice cream.

bark! bark! Daycare has just unveiled its latest endeavor, the Pawp Up Boutique & Treat Bar, situated at the 2ND & PCH center. This innovative boutique offers a luxurious pet pampering experience, featuring freshly-baked biscuits and gourmet delights.
Pet owners and their furry friends can explore their creative side in the DIY Barks n' Crafts area, perfect for crafting custom matching collars, bracelets, personalized paw print artwork, and more. The boutique also offers a thoughtfully curated selection of high-quality dog products, including stylish accessories, premium food and treats, toys, and comfy bedding, all designed with safety, durability, and the latest doggy fashion trends in mind.
Visit the Pawp Up Boutique and Treat Bar on the ground level of the center in suite 125. They're open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. For inquiries, call (562) 200-0275.
