California Fish Grill, a pioneer in the fast-casual dining scene with a steadfast commitment to serving sustainable and responsibly sourced seafood, is delighted to announce the launch of a new community fundraiser program. This initiative is thoughtfully crafted to empower vital nonprofit organizations, schools, church groups, cheer teams, sports clubs, PTOs, scouts, and more within the communities where California Fish Grill operates.
As part of this impactful initiative, California Fish Grill is committed to donating 25% of the sales generated during fundraising events to participating organizations. To qualify for this generous program, groups must hold a 501(c) nonprofit status, submit scheduling forms through GroupRaise, and ensure a minimum attendance of 20 customers.
Organizations can take advantage of the fundraising offer for various dining options, including dine-in, takeout, online orders, or catering through the convenient California Fish Grill website or app. It's important to note that donations are calculated based on 25% of the sales, excluding taxes, gratuities, delivery fees, and gift card sales.

The Trough Sandwich Kitchen Debuts 10 NEW Globally-Inspired Offerings

Orange County's specialty sandwich shop, The Trough, has introduced an enhanced seasonal menu with 10 new globally-inspired options, expanding its range of bowls, wraps, and salads. You can find these exciting offerings at The Trough's locations in Anaheim, Irvine, and Rancho Santa Margarita. The fresh and internationally inspired ingredients and flavors take center stage in The Trough's creative and flavorful menu.
Created by Chef and Regional Manager Brandin Duda, The Trough's menu features a diverse selection of over twenty top-notch sandwiches, ranging from classic to artisan choices, complemented by a Secret Menu featuring 12+ inventive creations. The latest additions notably elevate the 'Bowls, Salads, and Wraps' section of the menu.
Here are the new menu items:
- Trough Torta: Pulled pork, avocado, refried black beans, romaine lettuce, Roma tomato, jalapeño, house mayo, Dutch crunch roll – $13.5
- Luau Bowl: Chashu braised pork, cabbage, white rice, teriyaki, pickled onion, soy marinated egg, cilantro, green onion – $12
- Thai Chicken Salad: Roasted chicken breast, peanut/chili sauce, iceberg, carrot, red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro – $12
- Sesame Chicken Salad: Roasted chicken breast, iceberg, ginger/chili dressing, crispy noodles, cilantro, scallion – $12
- BBQ Chicken Salad: Roasted chicken breast, iceberg lettuce, red onion, cilantro, house bbq, house ranch – $12
- SoCal Tuna Salad: Albacore, golden raisin, sunflower seed, pickled celery, baby spring greens, red onion, Roma tomato, cucumber – $11
- Bulgogi Boy Beef Wrap: Thin sliced ribeye, grilled onion, bulgogi, soy marinated egg, carrot, cucumber, cilantro, white rice, flour tortilla – $13
- Texas Sun Chicken Wrap: Roasted chicken breast, grilled onion, peperonata, jack cheese, cilantro ranch, flour tortilla – $13
- Ol’ Western BBQ Chicken Wrap: Chicken breast, jack cheese, red onion, house bbq, romaine lettuce, grilled tortilla – $12.5
- Breakfast Torta: Add-on of your choice, refried black beans, scrambled eggs, grilled mozzarella, jalapeño, cilantro, house mayo, Dutch crunch roll – $13.5
The Trough also offers a complete breakfast menu, featuring items like brioche French toast, the beloved Breakfast Burrito, and the new Breakfast Torta, available all day and featuring savory ingredients such as refried black beans, scrambled eggs, and jalapeños on a Dutch crunch roll.
The Trough is open daily across all three locations, from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. at Rancho Santa Margarita (31441 Santa Margarita Pkwy Suite N, Rancho Santa Margarita) and Anaheim (2100 E Katella Ave Suite 100, Anaheim), and 7 a.m. -8 p.m. in Irvine (2000 Main St suite 400, Irvine).
