Easter Brunch at Las Brisas Laguna Beach

Las Brisas, the iconic cliffside restaurant with views of the Laguna Beach coastline, has planned a delicious three-course Easter Brunch for $95 per person from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m., coffee and juices are included. Bottomless mimosas and bloody marys can be added on for an additional $17 per person. There will also be a two-course kid’s menu available for $25. Highlights include:

- Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Pan Dulce
First Course:
- Smoked Salmon Tostada: Crema, Pickled Red Onions, Capers, Chives
- Black Bean & Mango Tostada: Sweet Mango Salsa, Black Beans, Serrano Chile, Avocado
Entrée:
- French Toast: Seasonal Fruit, Cacao Nibs, Toasted Macadamia Nuts, Tangerine Butter
- Crab Omelet: Seasonal Crab, Scallions, Jack Cheese, Crème Fraîche, Crispy Potatoes, Fresh Corn Tortillas
- Lobster Benedict: Butter Poached Spiny Lobster, Avocado, Ciabatta English Muffins, Two poached eggs, Hollandaise, Crispy Potatoes (+$15)
- Lamb Chops: Chipotle-Agave Glazed Carrots (+$10)
- Prime Rib: Mole-Potato Purée, Charred Scallions

Hilton Anaheim Introduces 2 ‘Bold Beverages from Bold Women’ for Women’s History Month

In honor of March being Women’s History Month, the premier Hilton resort launched a nationwide campaign, “Bold Beverages from Bold Women,” featuring cocktails from prominent female distillers at all of its Hilton properties. This year, Hilton Anaheim has chosen Assistant Distiller Lexie Phillips of Jack Daniel’s Distillery and introduced two special cocktails to its new Spring Cocktail menu– the Ginger Mint Julep and Blackberry Collins featuring Jack Daniel’s Whiskey.
Created by Hilton, these cocktail recipes contain whiskey created by Lexie Phillips. The Ginger Mint Julep features Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, orange juice, ginger-mint syrup while the Blackberry Collins includes Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, Q Mixers Club Soda.
The spirited cocktails, are available for a limited time now through April 27th at Hilton Anaheim’s MIX Restaurant and Lounge which offers an extensive variety of imaginative dishes created from some of the finest organic and natural ingredients available.
