06.02.23
Fable & Spirit is thrilled to announce that they are extending their dinner service to Mondays, allowing loyal locals and visitors in Newport Beach's Via Lido Plaza to enjoy their exceptional cuisine every night of the week. Executive Chef David Shofner has prepared a special treat exclusively for Mondays: the renowned Fabled Fried Chicken paired with a half-bottle of champagne selected by Sommelier Ali Coyle.
Originally introduced during the pandemic, Fable & Spirit's Fabled Fried Chicken quickly gained a devoted following in Newport Beach and became a menu staple at sister restaurant Dublin 4 Gastropub in Mission Viejo. Served with jalapeno cheddar cornbread, applewood-smoked bacon, collard greens, potato puree, and habanero honey, this mouthwatering dish will be available every Monday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Fable & Spirit.
Darren Coyle, the owner of Fable & Spirit, expressed his excitement about welcoming guests seven days a week in the lively atmosphere of Newport Beach's Via Lido Plaza. He believes that offering their famous Fabled Fried Chicken with an exceptional champagne pairing on Mondays will make it a highly sought-after night at Fable & Spirit.
