In a groundbreaking collaboration with the innovative koji-meat company, Prime Roots®, Veggie Grill introduces the Turk’y Cranwich. This delectable creation boasts Prime Roots' Cracked Black Pepper Koji-Turkey, accompanied by cranberry aioli, rich "turkey" gravy, homemade cranberry stuffing, crisp lettuce, and ripe tomato, all lovingly encased between two slices of grilled sourdough bread. Prime Roots' Koji-Turkey deli meat is a remarkable concoction crafted exclusively from mycelium mushrooms, and it proudly embodies Veggie Grill's promise of providing health-conscious, plant-powered alternatives.
