- Christmas Eve & Day Dining: Enjoy a culinary journey at the resort's coastal-themed Watertable restaurant. From 5 PM to 9:30 PM, indulge in a special three-course meal while soaking in Pacific Ocean views. The menu features delicacies like hamachi crudo, grilled lamb chops, butternut squash soup, and more. End the meal with the resort's signature dessert, Six Degrees of Chocolate, or a delightful ricotta cheesecake. (Price: $95 per person)
- Holiday Sandcastle Sculpture: Witness a stunning 9-ton sand sculpture in the lobby, a tradition since 2011. Created by artist Lucinda Wierenga, this holiday masterpiece takes five days to sculpt and is a sight to behold throughout December.
- More Holiday Fun: The resort offers a range of activities, including classic holiday movie screenings (Dec 23-31), S’mores Roasting (Dec 23 & 30), Breakfast with Santa (Dec 24), a Candy Cane Giveaway (Dec 25), and Cookie Decorating (Dec 28).
New Year's Eve Celebration:
- New Year’s Eve Dinner: Watertable invites guests to a sumptuous four-course New Year's Eve dinner from 5 PM to 9:30 PM. Celebrate the arrival of 2024 with exquisite dishes like creamer potato cakes, bone marrow, prime New York steak, and Chilean sea bass, followed by delicious desserts like coffee cake and orange almond cake. (Price: $120 per person)

Celebrate the Season with Cafe Sevilla

Celebrate the holiday season at Cafe Sevilla in Costa Mesa, where a festive ambiance, delicious holiday menus, and lively entertainment await.
On Sunday, December 24, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Cafe Sevilla will host the "Santa Hat Christmas Eve Brunch." Guests wearing Santa hats will receive a complimentary Signature Peach Bellini with their entrée. The brunch features Spanish-inspired classics and offers $22 bottomless mimosas, all accompanied by a DJ.
The Christmas Eve dinner at Cafe Sevilla includes a special three-course menu with highlights such as Champiñónes y Crema Soup, Lamb Sirloin with Mustard Cream Sauce, and Classic Crema Catalana for dessert. Priced at $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity, the menu items are also available à la carte. The regular dinner menu will be offered throughout the day. From 6 to 9 p.m., guests can enjoy live Latin music.
On Christmas Day, Monday, December 25, starting at 3 p.m., Cafe Sevilla will again offer the special three-course Christmas Menu with the same exquisite selections. The dinner is priced at $65 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. À la carte options are available, alongside the regular dinner menu. The evening will feature live Latin music from 6 to 9 p.m.
For New Year's Eve, Cafe Sevilla accepts dinner reservations from 5pm to 8:45pm on Sunday, December 31. A festive three-course prix fixe menu will be available for $85 per person, alongside the regular dinner menu, with live music starting at 8pm.
The Flamenco Dinner Show Experience at Cafe Sevilla, scheduled for 7pm on New Year's Eve, includes a special NYE three-course prix fixe menu. Tickets are priced at $119 per person (plus tax, 5% surcharge & 20% gratuity) and can be reserved by calling or online.
Cafe Sevilla also offers a Tapas Bar Table Package for New Year's Eve, featuring reserved table seating, live Latin music, a DJ, dancing, specialty menus, party favors, a midnight champagne toast, and more. This package starts at $75 per person (plus additional charges) and is available from 9 p.m.
On New Year’s Day, Cafe Sevilla will serve its regular dinner menu from 4:30, including a happy hour menu and 50% off all paellas throughout the evening.
