Just in time for Father's Day weekend, the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club invites you to an exclusive whiskey-tasting experience at its stunning oceanfront property.
This special event, available to book on Friday (6/14), Saturday (6/15), and Sunday (6/16), takes place at the renowned Bourbon Steak Orange County restaurant.
The tasting features a flight of single-barrel whiskeys, including Blanton’s Private Barrel Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach, Weller Full Proof Waldorf Astoria Single Barrel, and Whistlepig 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon Steak. Each whiskey is perfectly paired with a savory canapé from the Bourbon Steak kitchen, all while you enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific sunset. This memorable culinary experience is sure to make any dad or father figure feel extra special this Father's Day!

Celebrate Father's Day at 608 Dahlia, located at Sherman Library and Gardens in Corona del Mar. Enjoy Chef Jessica Roy's central Texas-style BBQ, featuring smoked whole bone-in beef ribs, known as 'The Cadillac of BBQ,' and Karobuta pork ribs, all served on homemade buns with gourmet sides, including her signature buttermilk, chive & gruyere biscuits.
End your meal with house-made banana pudding and vintage burnt sugar sponge cake topped with vanilla bean whipped cream. The event is priced at $75. Reservations can be made at the link below.
