Honda Center Serves Up Playoff-Ready Menu for Ducks Fans
04.19.26
The Honda Center is turning up the energy as the Anaheim Ducks head into the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs, with a lineup of limited-time food and drinks designed for game nights at home.
Beginning with Game 3 on Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m., when the Ducks face the Edmonton Oilers, ticketed guests can expect a menu that goes well beyond standard arena fare. The offerings lean into bold flavors, playful nods to hockey culture, and a few over-the-top indulgences that feel right for the moment.
Executive Chef Cesar Regalado has built a menu that mixes longtime crowd favorites with new additions created just for the playoff run. The goal is simple. Match the intensity on the ice with something equally memorable off it.
Standouts include the Bar Down Brisket Plate, an 18-hour smoked brisket served with mac and cheese, pickled vegetables and cornbread, and the Breakaway Brisket Burger layered with candied bacon, white cheddar and house-made pickles. The Power Play Orange Chicken Bowl and the Orange Country Spiral Potato bring a lighter, fast-paced option for fans who do not want to miss a minute of the game.
Desserts and drinks are just as dialed in. The Paint It Orange Soft Serve arrives dipped in orange-colored white chocolate, while the Wild Wing’s Banana Split is built for sharing. On the beverage side, cocktails like The Rally Margarita with Herradura tequila and the Power Play Punch with Tito’s Handmade Vodka add a celebratory edge, alongside the Overtime Cold Brew topped with orange zest and cold foam.
The menu is part of the larger Honda Center Encore transformation, a $1 billion privately funded project led by the Samueli family to elevate the overall guest experience. Recent upgrades have introduced new concession concepts and expanded premium food options throughout the arena.
Under Regalado’s direction, the food and beverage program continues to evolve, with new items debuting throughout the season and many selling out shortly after doors open. For the playoffs, that momentum carries into a lineup that feels just as high energy as the games themselves.
Items are available throughout the arena at select locations and are subject to change based on availability.

SpiceQuest Brings the Heat Home
04.19.26
For anyone who loves to cook, entertain or experiment in the kitchen, Orange County-based SpiceQuest is turning up the heat in a thoughtful way. The brand offers curated chili pepper kits designed for home cooks, food lovers and spice enthusiasts who want more control over flavor and intensity.
SpiceQuest sources a global range of chili peppers, from mild to superhot, and grades them for both heat and flavor. Each kit is built to give cooks precision, allowing them to layer spice intentionally rather than relying on one-note heat. The peppers are lab tested, 100 percent organic and packaged in sleek, thoughtfully designed grinders that give you precise control over every dish..
At the center of the brand is founder Fabio, whose fascination with chili peppers began in childhood in Italy. After years of searching for bold, balanced heat and coming up short, he created SpiceQuest as a way to elevate how chili peppers are experienced at home. The result is a collection of dried varietals that highlight the full spectrum of flavor, from subtle warmth to intense heat.
SpiceQuest offers three core kits. The Pro Collection includes 10 prefilled stainless steel grinders, each representing a different level of heat, making it a standout option for serious cooks. The Classic Collection features five essential spice levels suited for everyday use, while the Junior Collection introduces three foundational peppers for those just getting started.
Beyond the core lineup, there is much more to explore. Specialty kits highlight regional flavors, including African and Asian Spice Kits, along with travel-ready cases designed for spice on the go. It is a smart extension of the brand, making it easy to bring flavor anywhere, whether at home or on the road.
The brand also leans into the potential health benefits of chili peppers. Capsaicin, the compound responsible for heat, has been linked to increased metabolism, reduced inflammation and improved cardiovascular health. It may also support digestion, boost mood and provide antioxidant benefits, making it as functional as it is flavorful.
As a gift, it is an easy win. Thoughtful, well designed and genuinely useful, SpiceQuest brings something new to the table for anyone who enjoys cooking or simply wants to add more flavor to everyday meals.
