1. If you had to begin a different career, what would you do?
Photography. I love nature as well as capturing human emotions and moments. I would love to be a photographer.
2. What is your most prized possession?
Byrdie, my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. I can't image life without her.
3. Favorite drink?
Water and a great cappuccino, preferably from Keane Coffee.
4. What are you cutting out because of the economy?
Hmmmm, I can't honestly say that I completely cut this out but I have cut back on my lululemon visits.
5. Fantasy purchase?
An Airstream Sport!
6. What can you not live without?
Hiking, fresh air and yoga. I am a much better person with one or all of those on a regular basis.
7. What’s next on your “to do” list?
Build planter boxes for a new garden and finish my Homeopathy education.
8. Biggest regret?
None. I am one of those people who doesn't have regrets, well at least not big ones I dwell on. I prefer to be positive. Sure, last weekend I regretted not buying an extra gallon of paint when I was back at Home Depot for the 3rd time, not my favorite place, but overall I don't have any large regrets in my life.
9. Cause that you’re most interested/involved in?
Every day I am working with people to heal their bodies, teaching them to realize their physical body is directly connected to their emotional state and that it can all be healed and transformed. Not a simple task, but one I am passionate about. I think that if we are happy with ourselves we all are able to contribute to this world in a more positive way.
10. Your dream day in Orange County?
A morning yoga class at Harmony with Kat, followed by a massage because Saturday mornings are the perfect time for a massage. Followed by a late breakfast at Plums or lunch at Jan's. Finish the day off soaking up the sun at the beach with my husband, friends and our dogs.
11. Favorite place for breakfast?
Plums and Waffles Northwest. I am a northwest girl at heart.
12. What was the best day of your life?
Wow, I only get one day? The day I met my husband. We were in college and my life has been changed ever since.
13. Last concert that you went to?
Fleetwood Mac.
14. Favorite vacation spot?
North Idaho, on a lake. Not telling you where, I like the small population.
15. If you had to live somewhere else, where would that be?
Santa Barbara.
16. Favorite books?
I listen to The Secret CD regularly, it in on in my car a lot.
17. Favorite restaurants in Orange County?
Muldoon's Irish Pub in Newport Beach. I absolutely love sitting outside under the huge tree. It's so relaxing.
18. Biggest accomplishment?
I would say that Harmony Wellness Center has been one of, if not the biggest, accomplishments of my life so far. Also, climbing Half Dome in Yosemite was pretty satisfying as well.
19. What's your biggest fear?
I have a reoccuring dream a few times a year that I am teaching and my class keeps growing and our entire building at Harmony is full and I am freaking out because I can't possibly give everyone enough attention.
20. Secret most people don’t know about you?
I can't stand any form of cardio inside; spin, treadmill, none of it. If I do a circuit, I even go outside. I detest training triceps, but it is a must do. Also, I eat a small bowl of cereal most nights before bed. Currently I am loving a granola from Trader Joes with coconut and cranberries.

Razor Stubble No More
11.20.13
With the help of The Soft Goat scratchy and sharp facial hair will become a thing of the past. Mike Finfrock of Newport Beach created the never seen before grooming tool that uses a hypoallergenic pad to soften the razor sharp edges of facial hair that trimming and shaving leave behind. Now men can achieve a soft to the touch stubble.
"Facial stubble is the most controversial topic when it comes to men's grooming and sex appeal, primarily because of the negative scratchy effects it has on loved ones," Finfrock said. "After personally experiencing this with my own girlfriend's face, I set out to find a solution. Due to the lack of effective alternatives on the market, I created The Soft Goat."
The Soft Goat includes 3 hypoallergenic pads and sells for $11.99. It is available at TheSoftGoat.com as well as on Amazon.com, Thestache.com, Royalshave.com, MensDirect.com, and TheGroomingLounge.com.
The Soft Goat is specifically designed for men, but Finfrock is developing its female counterpart, Soften Her http://softenher.com/. Soften Her is intended to soften and exfoliate between hair removal sessions.
