Experience the magic of Carter Estate’s renowned sparkling wines, crafted using the traditional méthode champenoise, with a special Chocolate and Wine Tasting this February. Enjoy five expertly curated wine pairings with handcrafted chocolates from Vene Cacao, a beloved Temecula chocolatier.

South Coast Winery Valentine’s & Galentine’s Blending Classes
Thursday, February 13 | 4 – 6 p.m.
Friday, February 14 | 5 – 7 p.m.
Celebrate Galentine’s Day or Valentine’s Day with a hands-on wine blending class led by expert vintners at South Coast Winery. Learn the art of winemaking, create your own custom blend, and enjoy an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the winery’s production facilities and vineyards.
