Marriage Reboot With Dr. Meredith Hansen

Searching for ways to strengthen and maintain your marriage? Dr. Meredith Hansen is a clinical psychologist in Newport Beach specializing in relationships with a strong passion for individuals and couples relationship satisfaction.
In response to the high demand for her professional counseling, she is offering monthly Marriage Reboot workshops beginning on Saturday, June 13 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. for couples who wish to improve their relationship or learn how to maintain a healthy, satisfying relationship.
After receiving her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, she worked in community clinics with adults struggling with relationship issues and with abused and neglected children at Orangewood Children’s Home. She realized the benefit of healthy marital relationships, not only for the couple, but for the whole family.
So in 2009, Dr. Hansen opened her private practice making her life’s work to help individuals and couples establish secure relationships that make them feel loved and valued, allowing them to be healthier parents.

Kaia FIT provides a guided, holistic approach to health and fitness, offering a community of women who support each other’s fitness goals. Kaia FIT is a year-round lifestyle system, providing intense workouts and nutritional support that caters to women of all ages with different goals.
The year is comprised of multiple "BRIK's," or six-week programs, each of which have a different theme and incorporate individually chosen nutritional goals. All classes are led by certified Kaia FIT coaches and are always a little bit different—incorporating a variety of moves and focusing on different muscle groups.
Kaia FIT offers a range of classes from yoga-based Flow to circuit-based Cross Training. What is consistent among all classes is the positive environment, energetic instructors, and fitness-boosting workouts. A typical Kaia FIT session involves high-intensity moves performed with a group of women who support and push each other during, and outside of class.
