The 2nd Annual Newport Beach Wine & Food Festival returns Oct. 2-4, for a three-day epicurean journey bringing together some of the finest local and world-renowned chefs, mixologists and wine experts to Newport Beach.
The Festival kicks off with a Launch Party & Charity event to benefit Project Hope Alliance on Friday, Oct 2 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Island Hotel’s Oak Grill & Aqua Lounge. You can bid on silent auction items, while also mingling with celebrity chefs and enjoying cocktails, fines wines, a special menu prepared by Oak Grill Executive Chef Marc Johnson and live music. The Newport Beach Wine & Food Festival’s main event will be celebrated on Saturday, Oct. 3 and Sunday, Oct. 4 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Newport Beach Civic Center. You can indulge in the Grand Tasting Pavilions and taste cuisine from some of OC’s best restaurants; attend wine tastings panels with master sommeliers; sip from more than 200 different wine tastings; enjoy imported brews and handcrafted cocktails and attend mixology courses. Live jazz will entertain throughout the festival. You can also attend live cooking demos with Bravo TV celebrity chefs.
