Unfold it and Electric Bike Away
02.17.16
Pedego Electric Bikes just debuted a new folding electric bike that’s lightweight, compact and can fit into small spaces—two can even fit into the trunk of a mid-size car. The Latch was designed to fold in less than 60-seconds, and yet it gives the same ride as its full-size counterpart. Now you can carry or roll your Pedego electric bikes onto a bus or train, or onto a boat — then unfold it quickly and ride away.
The Latch has a throttle for a burst of speed, and PedalAssist that helps you pedal. You can also ride it like a regular pedal bike. The Latch has a LCD display with a USB charger, and comes complete with front and rear lights for visibility and safety.
Priced at $2595, Pedego’s Latch is available at Pedego stores and electric bike stores nationwide, or online. The Latch comes in three color choices: sleek Black, sporty Lime Green, and Space Blue.
