OCWINEFEST HEADS TO SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO MARCH 10-11
03.05.18
Come celebrate the oncoming of spring at the upcoming OCWineFest, with festivities March 10 and 11 on the historical grounds of A Stones Throw Winery in San Juan Capistrano. Guests at OCWineFest will learn about and sip award-winning wines from around the globe – including from producers hailing from Israel, Croatia (hello, aged at the bottom of the Adriatic Sea!), Greece, France, as well as those you might be surprised to learn were grown and made right in Orange County and Los Angeles.
They haven’t forgotten about beer lovers – the team has specially curated some tasty craft breweries into the mix, honoring the craft beer phenomenon of Southern California. OCWineFest blazes the trail to bring wine and people together – from the newbie to the aficionado – in a way that balances fun, exploration and education.
For those who would really like to expand their wine chops, there will be classes led by winemakers, wine experts and authors, over the course of the two-day event. This year, the OCWineFest team is proud to partner with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, to help raise awareness and funds in the continued search for a cure. There will be a number of luxury vendors and food trucks on-site (including Bear Flag, yum) as well. Full list available upon request.
Enter WINETIME promo code for 30% off any ticket or seminar/class. Tickets and more information is available at OCWineFest.

TIFFANY & CO. AT THE 90TH ANNUAL ACADEMY AWARDS
03.05.18
Presenter Gal Gadot debuted the first pieces from the 2018 Tiffany Blue Book Collection at last night’s Academy Awards including an exquisite necklace with a 27 carat aquamarine drop and over 1000 diamonds.
"While inspired by Tiffany & Co.'s extraordinary Art Deco jewelry from the 1930s, the necklace's icy aquamarines, classic lines and graphic shapes juxtaposed with platinum and diamonds make it feel irreverent and unexpectedly modern," said Reed Krakoff, chief artistic officer, Tiffany & Co. "It took nearly a year to procure and cut the ethically sourced gemstones, reflecting the exacting standards and craftsmanship of our artisans."
Gadot was photographed by acclaimed photographer Renell Medrano as she prepared for the red carpet. Gadot remarked “I am thrilled to be part of an amazing legacy of inspiring women who have worn Tiffany for over 180 years. As a longtime fan of the brand, it means so much to get to wear this special custom piece from the Tiffany Blue Book Collection.”
As an ongoing proponent of change, Tiffany made a donation to the TIME’S UP legal defense fund on behalf of all of the female nominees to support women everywhere.
