Winter Fest OC, Southern California’s largest winter festival, is celebrating the arrival of the new year with not one, but two dazzling countdowns at the OC Fair & Event Center. Experience a magical evening of winter-themed activities, live music from the Taylor Nation Tribute Band*, and spectacular fireworks during early and midnight countdown celebrations.
The festivities on New Year’s Eve run from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, offering immersive experiences and unforgettable memories for all ages.
Winter Fest OC Highlights
The winter magic doesn’t end on New Year’s Eve! Through January 5th, enjoy:
- Real snow play and ice tubing
- Over 50 carnival rides, games, and attractions
- Ice skating under the stars
- The North Pole Journey immersive experience
- Massive holiday décor and unique photo ops

VIP Fireside Private Igloo Rentals
Elevate your celebration with a private igloo for up to 10 guests, featuring plush seating, a private fire pit, and breathtaking views of the nightly holiday light show. Themed food and drink options are available with your reservation, and craft cocktails can be enjoyed at the exclusive Fireside Igloos private bar.

Welcome the New Year with an extraordinary Japanese culinary tradition. Sushi Ii presents its annual Osechi Ryori, a luxurious two-layered platter curated by Chef Susumu Ii. This exquisite creation features traditional foods and seasonal appetizers, symbolizing prosperity and celebration.
Highlights include delicacies such as Wagyu Roast Beef, Steamed Abalone, Spiny Lobster, Dragon Eye Rolled Anago, and more. Designed to serve four, this exclusive offering is priced at $520.
