Family Yoga Event at Mess Hall Market in Tustin

Rise and shine for Mess Hall’s very first family yoga class on Saturday, March 12th! Join the local Orange County yoga studio, Bala Shala Yoga, for an hour of relaxation, meditation, and fun for the whole family!
From 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., parents and their kids can enjoy this exciting morning class and then grab a bite to eat from Mess Hall’s selection of chef-driven eateries! Bala Shala Yoga teaches students of all ages the importance of self-health, relaxation, and inner strength! Yoga encourages confidence and body awareness with physical movement in a non-competitive environment which is healthy and fun for everyone! Mats will be provided and donations are appreciated!

Nordstrom will carry an exclusive capsule collection of newly-launched RTW pieces, shoes, handbags, and accessories inspired by the fresh and playful edge of the Y2K fairytale-themed universe.
