Burger Boss Introduces Halal Poultry, Salmon and Meal Deals
04.20.25
Burger Boss, the fast-casual favorite known for its “Boss Your Burger” concept and Honest American Burger®, has expanded its menu at both its Tustin and Mission Viejo locations—offering more choices for guests looking beyond beef.
New additions include Halal chicken and turkey, a wild-caught Alaskan salmon burger, and fresh salads like the California Cobb and Wild Salmon Caesar. All proteins are hormone-free, non-GMO and packed with flavor.
Fries are now cooked in beef tallow for a crispier, richer taste, with vegetarian-friendly rice bran oil available on request.
Burger Boss also debuted “Bossed For You” burgers with pre-stacked flavor combinations, along with two value-driven meal deals:
- The Mighty Boss Meal (under $10) includes a grass-fed beef burger, fries and a drink
- The $35 Family Feast feeds four with two Mighty Boss Meals, two kids meals and two kids sundaes
Guests can still customize their burger in five easy steps using touchscreen kiosks—choosing from grass-fed beef, cage-free chicken, turkey, or black bean patties; a variety of buns, cheeses, sauces and toppings.
Burger Boss offers catering and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Locations: 15080 Kensington Park Drive in Tustin and 27690 Santa Margarita Parkway in Mission Viejo. For more, visit burgerboss.com
