09.22.14
Tonight from 7 to 9 p.m., four Long Beach bartenders and mixologists will come together to battle it out behind the bar during Cutthroat Cocktail at the Esplanade at Hotel Maya in Long Beach. Partial proceeds from Cutthroat Cocktail will benefit Team Spirit Breast Long Beach supporting breast and ovarian cancer programs at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. Tickets cost $85 at the door and include entry to the event, a signature “562” cocktail, and a signed copy of Chef Rahm Fama’s new cookbook Meat and Potatoes.
Sip LBC, Long Beach Wine, Beer & Spirits Week is a weeklong event taking place through Saturday, Sept. 27.
