The Peel Craftbar & Kitchen Introduces Sunday Brunch
07.24.24
A new Sunday Brunch has debuted at The Peel Craftbar & Kitchen in Orange, tucked inside the Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton. Featuring a chef-driven menu that elevates fresh flavors, local ingredients and authentic global influences, The Peel’s Sunday Brunch serves up coastal California cuisine highlighting the fresh, vibrant colors and flavors of summer!
Already a crowd favorite is Executive Chef Luis Martinez’s Stuffed French Toast, an elevated take on the classic brunch dish, featuring orange cheesecake-stuffed brioche, served with sweet butter and syrup. Brunch dishes will change throughout the year to emphasize seasonal ingredients, which currently include peaches, grilled and served in a vibrant Grilled Peach Salad with burrata, arugula, candied pistachio, fig balsamic and tarragon vinaigrette.
A proper Sunday Brunch experience would never be complete without a flight of three fruit mimosas or a few brunch-worthy cocktails! The Peel prides itself on a rich bar program that revolves around the same philosophy the kitchen follows with a commitment to the freshest, seasonal ingredients to ensure the best tasting, most flavorful cocktails. Guests seated at the bar and nearby tables have a front-row seat as technique, innovation, and a variety of unique spirits come together to create attention-grabbing craft cocktails.
The Peel Craftbar & Kitchen offers Sunday Brunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. (reservations accepted; walk-ins welcome). Diners receive validation for complimentary self parking.
The Peel is located at Hotel Fera, a DoubleTree by Hilton (formerly known as The DoubleTree of Anaheim-Orange County), at 100 The City Drive in Orange. For more information about the restaurant, please visit peelcraftbar.com/.
