Wall Garden in a Woolly Pocket Workshop at Roger’s Gardens

Vertical gardens are a great way to add a design element, color, and interest to smaller garden spaces. You can join Roger’s Gardens original designs team leader, Onita Castillo on Saturday, January 25 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., as she shows you how to plant and care for your outdoor planted Woolly Pocket Wall Garden.

The workshop fee is $130 per person, that includes a Woolly Pocket felted wall planter, various succulents, and step-by-step instructions.

OCSA Culinary Arts & Hospitality Conservatory Throwdown Culinary Competition

Join a fun culinary competition at OCSA in Santa Ana on Friday, January 24 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. where academic teachers and staff choose a current CA&H student to be their Sous Chef and compete to be the 2020 ThrowDown Champions. Chef Pascal Olhats of Cafe Jardin in Corona del Mar will serve as MC as the top 2 teams battle for top chef award, the 2020 ThrowDown Champions!

This is a ticketed event located in the Webb Theater & Lobby *6 p.m.– 9:30 p.m. (cocktail reception)
