Summertime in Sherman Gardens with Extended Hours and Dinner under the Stars

Enjoy summer evenings in Sherman Gardens, the Corona del Mar botanical oasis is open daily from 10:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., is extending its summer hours, and will remain open until 7 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, now through September 25.
Chef Pascal Olhats is back in the kitchen with his all-new Dinner for Two Under the Stars menu at Café Jardin. The four-course prix fixe menu with wine pairing is available every Thursday night at 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., or 7 p.m.
“What could be better than a date night with a leisurely dinner, listening to romantic music, sipping perfectly paired wines, and degustating fresh, flavorful dishes with your loved one, spouse, partner, or best friend under the stars?” asks Chef Pascal. Dinner for Two Under the Stars is $130 per person plus tax & tip, and reservations are required. The menu is also available for take-out for $80 per person.
Dining is outside with tables placed six feet apart. Guests must wear a face covering at all times, except when eating or drinking and practice physical distancing, for the safety of all guests and staff. For dinner reservations, call 949.673.0034.
Garden admission is $5 and included with dinner at Café Jardin.

Looking for a unique way to help your community during these tough times? Miracles for Kids’ A Slice of Summer Online Auction gives you the chance to do just that! Featuring 10 summer-themed items ranging from a round of golf on luxury greens to a private in-home dinner for you and your guests, the Irvine-based nonprofit is turning fun summer activities into a new opportunity to provide support to families with critically-ill children.

In addition to receiving unique items and experiences, participants will feel empowered knowing that their contribution will help Miracles for Kids continue to provide necessary resources to critically-ill children and families who need it most. Bids for the A Slice of Summer Online Auction are being accepted now through Friday, July 31.
