Two Huntington Beach Restaurants Join Forces With Limited Time Pizza
12.30.20
Matter of Craft in Huntington Beach has partnered with fellow Huntington Beach restaurant, Beale's Texas BBQ, on a limited-time pizza featuring their locally renowned smoked brisket, pulled pork, and BBQ sauce.
Both Beale's Texas BBQ and Matter of Craft were nominated earlier this year for the Huntington Beach Chamber's 'Grom' award, which recognized businesses that began in 2020 and had to pivot during their first year because of the novel COVID-19 virus. Despite being "competitors" for the award, they instead saw the opportunity to collaborate with another local business to create a unique offering that celebrated local Huntington Beach restaurants. The result is a limited-time Beale's Texas BBQ Pizza made with Beale's tender, smoked brisket and pulled pork, cherry tomato, pickled red onion, chopped jalapeno, chive, mozzarella, parmesan, and a choice of Beale's spicy or original BBQ sauce drizzle. The special pizza is available at both eateries through the end of the week.
Matter of Craft offers twenty plus different cans and bottles of craft beer, wine, kombucha, hard seltzer, and cider plus a full scratch kitchen menu available for Patio Dine-in, Take Out, or Delivery! Open 4- 9 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 12 p.m.- 10 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m. -8 p.m. Sunday.
