Celebrate Valentine’s Day with Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen (Fullerton)
01.26.21
Chef Ali Mookhi of Downtown Fullerton’s critically-acclaimed Khan Saab Desi Craft Kitchen has translated his upscale, presentational approach to Desi cuisine into a special Valentine’s Day menu for couples to enjoy from the comfort of home, or while dining street bistro-style on the restaurant’s outdoor patio!
The five-course, customizable meal features dishes such as Roasted Red Beet Curry Shots; Goat Cheese Naan with truffle oil, fried chili, and shaved parmesan cheese; a twist on a Caprese salad which includes heirloom tomatoes, shallot-roasted garlic, and caramelized pineapple, with turmeric, basil, chilis, all topped with a house vinaigrette; as well as the diners’ choice of an entree to share, with options such as a 100% halal Australian Wagyu “NY” Strip and the open-fired Chilean Sea Bass with apricot curry.
Of course, no Valentine’s celebration would be complete without a sweet treat, so Chef Mookhi has created Strawberry, Marshmallow, and Chocolate Kabobs just for the occasion! Pre-order for takeout is available through 2/12 by calling 714-853-1081. Reservations for outdoor dining are available on Open Table.
