Celebrate your significant other with a four-course Omakase menu for Valentine’s Day at Mah Jong’s by Chef Mike, courtesy of Executive Chef Michael J. Doctulero. Mah Johng’s is located in the Collage Culinary Experience, an elevated, two-story global dining collective within Bloomingdales at South Coast Plaza that offers the best of international and local cuisine in an artfully designed space.
The special Valentine’s Day menu begins with a Roasted Crimson Beet Tostada with mustard seed and radish. Main course options include Wild Prawn Brado with fennel and dutch potatoes, Filet Mignon with risotto, pearl onions and maître’d butter and Slow Braised Duck Breast with macerated cherries, and apricot sauce. For dessert, enjoy Cheesecake stuffed beignets with chocolate sauce and coffee syrup.
