Children can go for a free day of fun and a teddy bear at the Los Angeles Zoo on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. thanks to “Travelodge’s The Great Sleepy Bear Swap.” Just be one of the first 100 kids to bring a gently-used stuffed animal to the zoo to donate to charity and receive one free kid’s admission and a new Sleepy Bear teddy bear.

Activities for everyone include face painting, drawing contests and giveaways such as bear temporary tattoos, National Geographic activity books and Sleepy Bear masks. A zoo keeper can educate children about bears and the role they play in the wild.

Los Angeles Zoo admission costs $17 for adults (ages 13-61); children cost $12 (Ages 2-12) $12.00, no ticket required for children under 2.
