OC Fashion Week’s Couture Designers

At the upcoming Haute Couture night for the OC Fashion Week on Thursday, March 5, the featured Couture Designers will be Dawn Sunflower, Afelda and Lactrodectus.
Here’s a bit of background info on the designers.
Dawn Nguyen. From the outset, Dawn has been known for her classic elegant styles, and luxurious cuts. Her vision is to turn delicate good quality fabrics to fashion with a single moment that will transform a women’s body into art. Her sophisticated designs are movements toward Hollywood Glamour, flattering women’s expressions of beauty and unique sexiness. Her new boutique, Dawn Sunflower is located in Corona Del Mar. Kaila Methven. Studying fashion at Esmode, and subsequently doing her masters at the prestigious International Fashion Academy, taught Kaila Methven the technicalities of designing and launching her brand Latrodectus. Her new line of haute couture lingerie is an eccentric collection of exceptional pieces celebrating the essence of a woman’s body. The invaluable experience she gained studying at the Versace Polymodo school in Florence, along with the time she spent in New York, Shanghai, Florence Paris and London inspired her lifelong dream to launch her impeccable new line Latrodec
Elda Doamekpo is a 17-year-old self-taught eveningwear designer under the label AFIELDA. With having her classy, elegant, and timeless garments grace both Omaha Fashion Week and Kansas City Fashion Week, her garments are made to impress. With this season's collection, Elda takes a spin on The Great Gatsby.
