Tickets are required for all customers over 15 years old, with a limit of one ticket per person. Purchasing multiple tickets for different dates/times will result in forfeiture of all tickets.
Each ticket allows a one-hour shopping window, starting at the time indicated on the ticket (e.g., a 10:00 a.m. ticket must check out by 11:00 a.m.).
Standby Tickets are available at the door if slots are sold out. Entry is on a "one person out, one person in" basis, subject to capacity and staff discretion. Standby Tickets do not guarantee entry, and the standby line closes 30 minutes before closing time.
No changing rooms or try-ons will be available.
No bags or backpacks are allowed inside. Strollers are permitted but may be searched.
All sales are final; no returns or exchanges.
Touch-less payments are preferred; credit/debit cards and cash are accepted (AMEX not accepted).
