Del Taco’s New Platos

Del Taco just introduced its limited time Platos, a new menu that’s ideal for the hectic holidays and families on the go. Platos are individually-plated meals featuring an entrée, a side of fresca lime rice and slow-cooked pinto beans, and house made chips and salsa casera.

Platos are all priced under $7.50 and you can choose from four entrée options: There’s a new Chicken Verde Wet Burrito; a Carne Asada Wet Burrito; Two Beer Battered Fish Tacos; and Two Street Tacos.

Muzeo Express: Holiday Model Trains

You can bring the whole family to see Muzeo Express: Holiday Model Trains at the Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center in Anaheim. It’s an all-new annual exhibition that’s perfect for children and model train enthusiasts. The display includes themes such as Thomas the Train, California landmarks and a vintage department store window sponsored by Macy’s.

Muzeo Express is made possible by Toy Train Operating Society and Train Collectors Association, the former creators of the Nixon Library display. It’s on display through January 8, 2017 and is sponsored by Macy’s, Metrolink, Freeman, Bachmann Trains, Custom Model Vehicle Lighting (Toronto), GarGraves Track, MTH Trains, Milepost 38 Train Store (Arnie’s), LGB Trains, Lionel Trains, The Train Crossing (Costa Mesa), Visit Anaheim and the City of Anaheim. 

Admission is $10 for adults, $9 for seniors, $6 for ages 4–12, and free for children 3 and under. For group rates and membership information, call 714.956.8936.
