Inspire: Women in Business Speaker Series

You can attend a valuable and inspiring luncheon, the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce’s “Women in Leadership Speaker Series” hosted at the Pacific Club in Newport Beach on Thursday, March 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cheryl Osborn, President and Founder of Casco Contractors, Inc., a commercial General Contractor based in Irvine. will be the guest speaker. She’s a pioneer in the male-dominated construction industry.
This speaker series was created by women for women. It’s giving both men and women an opportunity to hear from those who have turned boundaries into success. Cheryl will talk about being a woman in a man’s world, her communication methods, successes, challenges and her approach to balancing business, family and personal goals.
It is a $35 fee for Chamber members and $45 fee for non-members, lunch is included in the price. Reservations can be made online at www.newportbeach.com or at 949.729.4400.

It’s National Pancake Day and the best day to visit IHOP Restaurants for a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes to raise awareness and funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and other local causes.
