Angels Pitcher Matt Shoemaker Visits the OC Zoo

Animal and baseball lovers can meet Angels pitcher, Matt Shoemaker at the OC Zoo in Orange on Saturday, August 5 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
OC Parks and Angels Baseball provide children and families with new and educational activities and programs throughout the 2017 Angels Baseball season, and are welcoming Shoemaker to the OC Zoo for a morning of family-friendly fun, animals, and photo ops.
Visitors can enjoy a live animal presentation with Shoemaker in front of the zoo from 10 to 10:30 a.m. The popular pitcher will be available for photos with children inside the zoo from 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.
Attend in Angels gear and you will receive free admission to the OC Zoo and half off train tickets at Irvine Park Railroad. Parking is $5 per vehicle.
OC Zoo is at 1 Irvine Park Road in Orange.

Thursday, Aug. 17: Kelly Rae Band
A six-piece high energy country rock band performing chart topping hits and crowd favorites throughout Southern California and around the word for more than a decade.
Thursday, August 24: Kerry & The Surftones
A four-piece premier surf and ‘60s band. Formed in 1980, they’ve grown into one of the most sought- after Surf Bands in Southern California.
