OC Goodwill Boutique Opens in San Juan Capristrano

Goodwill of Orange County just opened it newest OC Goodwill Boutique in San Juan Capistrano. The 6,800-square-foot store offers a modern take on traditional thrift store shopping. The interior features modern fixtures, concrete floors, brick accents, unique design elements and a vinyl record listening station.
The OC Goodwill Boutique also offers designer goods sold at great prices, a curated collection of clothing, accessories, housewares and furniture, vinyl records and more. The San Juan Capistrano location is the fourth store of its kind, joining three other OC Goodwill Boutiques now open in Tustin, Lake Forest and Huntington Beach.
The concept sets itself apart from other discounted designer retailers because the when the boutique succeeds, the community benefits. More than 92 cents of every dollar spent at the boutique is reinvested into Goodwill’s life-changing programs and services that help people facing barriers, including individuals with disabilities and veterans, find and keep meaningful employment.
Open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to Monday through Saturday; 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.

Total Training Grand Opening in Costa Mesa

Total Training, a premium fitness studio that offers high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.) classes designed to spike metabolism and increase energy, is hosting a grand opening event on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. to celebrate its expansion to Costa Mesa.
Festivities include free workout classes, a live DJ, bounce house, tasty food trucks, great discounts on classes, raffles and giveaways (including a one-year membership). Total Training has also partnered with Project Hope Alliance to help raise donations to end the cycle of child homelessness in Southern California.
