Hoag for Her Center for Wellness in Newport Beach is hosting a special women’s event featuring experts discussing health, empowerment, and relationships. HER Wellness Tea on Saturday, May 5 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Attendees will also enjoy brunch with tea and mini stress relief sessions by certified massage therapists and acupuncturists.
Speakers to include:
Drs. Lisa Abaid and Heather Macdonald on cancer screening and risk reduction
Drs. Stephanie Buehler and Kathleen Lombardo on pelvic health and intimacy
Nandini Narayanan, LCSW on stress reduction
