Pure Barre Orange County Celebrates 10 Year Anniversary

Pure Barre Newport Beach, Irvine, Mission Viejo and Huntington Beach will be celebrating 10 years of bringing Barre to the OC on Saturday, March 16 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy free classes at the studios to celebrate with raffle’s each hour including Coffee from Kona Brewing, Nektar, Kettle One Botanical, Taylor Made Cuisine, Beauty Counter, Kind Bar and RXBar.
There will also be a huge raffle giveaway and cocktail hour at the Irvine location from 5 -7 p.m.
Raffle Items will also be from No Rest For Bridget, Nail Poetry, Onzie, Beyond Yoga, Toe Sox, Pure Barre, Grit Cycle, Playa Mesa, El Ranchito, Cannery, Pirette candles, Capri Blue Candles, Gods and Heros Salon, Jan's Health Bar, Beauty on a Mission, Greek Grill, Sweaty Betty, Gianna and Highbrow.

Silent Film “The Phantom of the Opera” at Segerstrom Center

Segerstrom Center for the Arts welcomes organist and internationally renowned silent-film accompanist Dennis James on Sunday, March 17 at 3 p.m. who will provide a chilling soundtrack to the classic 1925 silent film "The Phantom of the Opera," starring Lon Chaney, Sr. The dreaded Phantom terrorizes the Paris Opera House in an attempt to make the woman he is infatuated with a celebrity. See this extraordinary film on the big screen while experiencing the overwhelming sounds from the 4,322-pipe organ.
