Central Laguna’s New Spring Menu
04.30.19
Central Laguna Beach just debuted new spring menu items created by Executive Chef Michael Campbell. Incorporating the season’s most vibrant flavors, Central’s refreshed menu introduces American fusion cuisine bringing an international flare to steak, seafood and elevated comfort food.
Experience the seasonal menu which welcomes several new starters, main dishes and desserts. Whet your appetite with the Crispy Shrimp with serrano aioli, and enjoy savory main dishes like the Panko Crusted Cod with crab & cauliflower puree and wild rice. Indulge in delectable spring dessert options like Caramelized Bread Pudding Bites with coconut ice cream and whipped cream.
Venture upstairs and step out onto Laguna Beach’s original rooftop patio. Catch the sunset and enjoy the picture-perfect moment with one of Central’s signature cocktails compliments of Head Bartender, Robin Shinn. New for the season, the beverage menu introduces five spring cocktails including Lost in Laguna made with Havana Club rum, Zaya rum, orgeat, pineapple, ginger beer and lime, and Where There’s Smoke with El Silencio mezcal, agave, strawberry and lemon.
Open for lunch and dinner 12–9 p.m. Tues–Wed: 12–10 p.m. Thurs. 12–10:30 p.m. Friday.
