Top Coach Speakers Panel + Fundraiser at The Balboa Island Museum

Join the new Balboa Island Museum for an inspirational and empowering fundraising event on Tuesday, June 18 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The museum is partnering with The WSDM (Wisdom) Salon Series for Women to host a “Top Coach” speakers panel to give audience members expert advice + life lessons, no matter what they are experiencing or seeking both personally and professionally. Kim Bates, founder of The WSDM (Wisdom), will moderate the evening as panelists share their own personal stories to light up the hearts, minds, and souls of attendees.
This uplifting event will take place at the museum with an optional social + networking event nearby on the island afterward
The panel of “Top Coaches” will include:
- Dr. Ann Kirlin – Grief Counselor
- Nancy Dahan- Divorce Counsel Partner, Brown & Dahan
- Melissa Kathryn – SVP Sales & Events at Urban Decay
- Amanda Morris Crawford – Cannabis/CBD Coach Wellness Director, MyJane
- Kacey Taormina – Real Estate Investment Coach
- Julie Hefner – Wellness & Nutritional Coach
- Kimberly Roush – Executive Career Coach
A minimum donation of $30 will grant you access to the event and a $50 donation will include a new membership to the museum. Seating is limited – to RSVP, please visit balboaislandmuseum.org/events.

Bayside Celebrates Dads with Live Music, Special Menu

Bayside is planning a brunch celebration for incredible men and dads, with a day of live music, award-winning cuisine and all-he-can-drink draught beer or mimosas/Champagne this Father’s Day.
The day starts with brunch, and Bayside is serving up a two-course brunch menu that comes with complimentary draught beer or free-flowing Champagne or mimosas. Dad’s favorites selections includes everything from Bayside’s new Maryland Style Crab Cake and the Bayside Steak and Eggs, to the Bayside Benedict and an Italian style baked omelet. The kiddos are welcome, and a special two-course menu was created just for them as well.
For dinner, Bayside will be serving its outstanding dinner menu, with its extensive scotch, whiskey, beer, wine and specialty cocktail menu available.
The brunch and lunch menu served 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and costs $49/person. The children’s prix-fixe menu is $22. Dinner starts at 5 p.m. Live music all day. More info can be found here: baysiderestaurant.com/menus/.
