Watertable Wine Dinner with Jordan Winery

Watertable at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach is hosting a wine dinner with Jordan Winery on Thursday, November 7 at 6 p.m. The indulgent evening will feature a decadent five-course tasting menu along with carefully selected wine pairings.
Menu Highlights:
- Charcuterie and Bar Jars I Jordan Cuvée by Champagne AR Lenoble
- Oysters with finger lime pearls, chili oil, and basil I 2014 & 16 Chardonnay, Russian River Valley
- Pheasant with roasted pumpkin and fig I 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
- Petite Filet I 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley
- White Chocolate Cheesecake with roasted gooseberries and vanilla whip
$125 per person (plus tax and gratuity)
