HGTV’s Santa HQ at Los Cerritos Center
11.18.19
Santa is all about the experience and this year Los Cerritos Center is again partnering with HGTV to present the incomparable, immersive “Santa HQ.” Families are invited to explore the wonder of Santa in the digital age with exciting interactive technology that transforms and customizes their experience.
This year, HGTV Santa HQ guests at the Los Cerritos Center will be able to view the Elf Academy in magical ways through augmented reality.
The workshop’s Magic Mirror will transform each guest into one of Santa’s little helpers where they can virtually personalize their elf’s unique outfit. Attendees will also be able to create customized Elf Academy ID collector cards at the Elf ID station, explore Santa’s Workshop and the Academy using ELF-RAY Vision, and test out the Naughty O’ Nice Meter. Families can continue their holiday adventure with a special photo opportunity and in-person visit with Santa aboard his modernized sleigh.
To simplify the Santa experience, Santa Photo Fast Passes will be available for purchase with the photo package on the Los Cerritos Center website. This allows guests to lock in a time that’s convenient for the whole family and helps streamline traditional visits with the “Big Guy.” Photo packages are available starting at $39.99.
Shoppers are invited to bring an unwrapped toy and participate in Help Through Holiday Giving throughout the Santa HQ season. Los Cerritos Center will be supporting its 27th Annual Spark of Love Toy Drive where firefighters and marines will join forces to collect and distribute gifts for youths in need. Los Cerritos Center hopes to exceed its previous years’ goal and collect over half a million toys!
Adding another dimension to the holiday experience, Los Cerritos Center will provide multiple camera angles to capture your family’s entire Santa experience. From seeing Santa for the first time, to your child’s excitement when they reach Santa’s lap, these cameras capture the hugs, the high-fives, and even the tears. Guests will be able to purchase these candid shots as well as the traditional pose to share with friends and family.
Santa HQ is open seven days a week through December 24.
Best parking found in the parking lot on the west side of the shopping center, adjacent to Forever 21.
Los Cerritos Center, 239 Los Cerritos Center in Cerritos. (Main Court in front of Forever 21).
