Hi-Time Open With Social Distancing
03.17.20
Hi-Time Wine Cellars will take the necessary steps to keep customers and staff safe during these times and is open with social distancing. They will also offer Pick Up Service for the foreseeable future (as well as delivery & shipping options).
Hi-Time asks that customers allow for a 24-hour window between the time the order is placed and picked up-- and also further requests that customers do not come to the store’s parking lot until they receive their invoice in their email inbox.
This is a new situation for the community, and Hi-Time is trying to responsibly provide their products to its’ patrons in the safest manner possible; we do ask that customers please be patient as we streamline this process.
Once a customer has received their emailed receipt (Note: they will receive an order confirmation once they’ve placed their order through hitimewine.net-- the RECEIPT will be the second email sent to customers), they can drive into the parking lot at 250 Ogle Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92627 and park in the front section (nearest to the building). Staff will be stationed in the parking lot to approach parked cars to identify the customer and pull their order. Hi-Time asks that customers please follow the staff’s directions. Identification (driver’s license, passport) will be required so staff can verify orders. *** Please note that phone orders will receive the receipt only via email and not a confirmation email.
For local deliveries, please use the Drizly app. Shipping is normally a one-day turnaround but these are not normal times.
This all may change as it’s put into practice so, again, Hi-Times requests that customers please be patient both with the store and the process.
Store hours will be: Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
250 Ogle St, Costa Mesa
