Rodeo 39 Public Market Celebrates the Year of the Tiger

Rodeo 39 Public Market will celebrate the Year of the Tiger with a community event from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan.30. 

The Lunar New Year festivities will include entertainment such as a contortionist and roaming stilt walker, along with a lion dance performance beginning at 6:30 p.m. The first 500 guests will receive a Rodeo 39 Lunar New Year fortune cookie and the first 100 guests will also receive a lucky red envelope filled with $2 each, while supplies last. 

Rodeo 39 is at 12885 Beach Blvd., in Stanton.

Miguel’s Jr. is kicking off the new year with a new Burrito Box, a craveable value featuring a choice of the legendary Bean, Rice & Cheese Burrito or Bean & Cheese Burrito, a side of chips and creamy, homemade guacamole, and a 22 oz. beverage for $5.69. The Burrito Box will be available at all Miguel’s Jr. locations for a limited time.

Known for serving only the highest quality ingredients, each Miguel’s Jr. burrito is handcrafted with freshly grated Longhorn cheddar cheese, savory Spanish rice, and Miguel’s signature homemade refried beans made twice daily. Perfect for on-the-go enjoyment, choose between the two signature burritos paired with classic guacamole and chips, and a 22 oz. fountain drink.
