Experience live roasting by Executive Chef Yvon Goetz and Chef de Cuisine James Chavez, as they craft a range of innovative dishes featuring Melissa’s Hatch Chiles.
Delight in hatch chile-infused bites and cocktails, complemented by beer, tequila, and live music on The Winery’s expansive Vineyard Patio, nestled in Tustin's bustling District.
