Renaissance ClubSport Introduces RGT Training System at The Edge

Renaissance ClubSport, South OC’s premier hotel and fitness resort, has launched the RGT Training System at its new The Edge facility, helping locals kick-start their 2025 fitness goals with expert-led small group training, personalized nutrition, and a supportive community.
RGT (Rev Group Training) offers structured workouts led by certified trainers to ensure full-body engagement. Members can choose from three specialized classes—Rev Foundations, Rev Agility, and Rev Strength—with flexible pricing options:
- Drop-In: $30
- 1x/Week: $99
- 2x/Week: $149
- Unlimited: $249
Expanded Nutrition Coaching
Rev Nutrition Coaching provides à la carte services, including one-on-one coaching, InBody Assessments, and monthly plans to track real results. The program is led by certified instructor Erin Woodbury (AFAA, ACE, Venice Nutrition).
Coming in March: Rev32 All-In
The Rev32 All-In program returns for an 8-week, results-driven experience combining 32 RGT workouts, personal nutrition coaching, daily food log reviews, and more. Running only twice a year, this program has helped thousands transform their fitness since 2010.
