Marche Noir Pasta in WSJ!
09.02.10
Three cheers for Chef Rachel Marie Klemek at Blackmarket Bakery in Irvine and creator of Marche Noir foods, an innovative line of nutritious and tasty wine flour based pastas, brownies and other baked goods. Marche Noir’s Pasta Caberneti, a purple-hued black penne pasta was just featured in the Wall Street Journal (seen above).
Looks like Fireside’s chefs at the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel in Midtown Manhattan are also fans of Marche Noir and follow Chef Rachel Marie’s motto “Eat Your Wine!” You can buy their products online, or better yet stop in Blackmarket Bakery.
