Winter Escape Deal to Sonoma’s Wine Country

Madrona Manor, Sonoma County’s grand estate in an elegant and extraordinary vineyard setting is offering a winter escape deal. “Breaking in the New Year” includes a complimentary night stay. Madrona Manor was built as a private residence in 1881. It’s located in the hills above the Dry Creek Valley of Sonoma County surrounded by eight acres of wooded and landscaped grounds. With 22 beautifully appointed guestrooms and suites, Madrona Manor provides a luxurious retreat to unwind. Guestrooms feature antique furnishings, elegant decor, pillow-top mattresses, feather soft linens and thick terry cloth robes. Many rooms feature wood-burning fireplaces, balconies with spectacular vineyard, mountain and garden views and spacious bathrooms. An extensive buffet breakfast is included with all bookings.
The mansion also features an acclaimed restaurant which has received a Michelin star for 10 consecutive years. Chef Jesse Mallgren has been creating stylish and creative, forward-thinking cuisine at Madrona Manor since 1999. Extensive dinner menus (provided Wednesday – Sunday) as well as custom menus are inspired by the estate gardens. The property also features a newly planted, dry farmed vineyard that sits on the hill just in front of the Mansion.

Kinky Boots Returns to Segerstrom Center

KINKY BOOTS, the smash-hit musical that brings together four-time Tony Award-winner Harvey Fierstein and Grammy Award-winning rock icon Cyndi Lauper returns to Segerstrom Center for the Arts, February 6 – 11.
This wildly popular and powerhouse theatrical work – now in its fifth year on Broadway –brings impressive performances by first-rate performers.
Leading the tour will be Lance Bordelon as Charlie Price, Jos N. Banks as Lola, Sydney Patrick as Lauren, Adam du Plessis as Don, Hayley Lampart as Nicola, and John Anker Bow as George. Brandon Alberto, Eric Stanton Betts, Derek Brazeau, Tyler Jent, Tony Tillman, and Ernest Terrelle Williams play the Angels.
Single tickets start at $29 and may be purchased online at SCFTA.org, the Box Office at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa or by calling 714.556.2787.
