Have you always dreamed of going on a culinary tour to Italy? There’s one in the works from International Culinary Tours based in Laguna Niguel. The Culinary, Culture and Wellness tour to the Salento region of Puglia, Italy is limited to 12 people from Oct. 6-13 and Oct. 13-20, 2018.
You’ll stay in a 5-star luxury, historic monument, 17th century castle. You’ll prepare local specialties at the state-of-the-art cooking school, and visit Otranto and Lecce with a private art historian and restorer. You’ll practice yoga every morning on the beach of Galipoli, and bike and hike to Olive oil producers, and artisan cheese producers.
