Join Paul Mitchell The School for a Day of Beauty at SOCO on Sunday, May 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Enjoy mimosas and snacks while pampering yourself with a haircut, treatment and style, customized dermalogica treatments and a variety of hair and skin services.
All proceeds from this FUNraising event will go to charities including Children's Miracle Network, Eyes on Cancer, Food 4 Africa, Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation and more!

Painting Workshops at Urban Arts OC

Urban Arts OC welcomes guest artist Traci Owens offering two acrylic workshops for all levels of experience.
On Friday, May 4 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., learn to paint Portraits. In this exciting workshop, you will create an abstract background and a portrait starting with the artist's tricks to mapping out the facial features, adding collage elements and finishing off with a technique on how to drip paints
On Saturday, May 5 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., there’s a Whimsical Workshop where you will create an abstract background, work in a loose, whimsical face, and finish off by learning some super cool abstract paint techniques! Single workshops cost $175, and Friday and Saturday workshops cost $325.
